How long is the homestay and cultural immersion program?
The main program is designed as a two-month cultural immersion experience.
Do I stay with an Indonesian host family?
Yes. The program is based around staying with a local host family.
What languages can I learn or practice?
The program can include learning and everyday practice in Bahasa Indonesia and Sundanese.
What traditional arts can I learn?
The program can include Jaipongan dance, Pencak Silat, Sundanese Gamelan, Sundanese cooking, Sundanese language and Wayang Golek.
Are meals included during the homestay?
Yes. The two-month program includes breakfast, lunch and dinner during the homestay.
Are trips outside the homestay area included?
Yes. The current program includes a two-day, one-night journey to Pangandaran and a two-day, one-night journey to Yogyakarta.
How much does the two-month program cost?
The current program fee is provided on request.
